Terms and conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms without notice - we therefore recommend that you regularly keep you updated about the current conditions and immediately report to us if you no longer wish to participate.
Our affiliate Program pays currently 50% of the referred user purchases on the page, minus VAT, unless agreed upon individually with you as an affiliate.
We do not allow our affiliates to change the advertising materials we provide or create their own graphic material unless it is clear that the material is not made by Dating.co.uk.
We pay the money earned when the affiliate wants it, however, the affiliate must have earned a minimum £200 before the payment will take place, and payment can not take place before 1 month after the first £1 is earned.
We do not allow the affiliate lying on the prices of Dating.co.uk to make it more attractive to create a profile.
We do not allow the affiliate to use illegal or unethical methods to promote Dating.co.uk. Should this happen nonetheless stands the affiliate solely responsible for these acts.
We strive to make Dating.co.uk available all the time, but will not provide compensation in case the affiliate is referring users to Dating.co.uk at times when the page is unavailable.
We do not allow our affiliates to buy advertising that is targeted on words or phrases containing "Dating.co.uk".
We do not allow our partners to create pages that try to imitate Dating.co.uk, in order to cause the user to create a profile via the affiliates imitated page instead of ours.
We do not allow you to personally purchase products on Dating.co.uk, either with your own or someone else's funds to earn money with our affiliate program.
Where the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account without notice. The money you've earned will not be paid out, and we will not provide compensation for lost working time.
